Integrating with TC Back office, Agents Web Portal Module allows tour operators to define multiple agents/resellers accounts from within their system and provide secured username and password to each one of them so that every agent/reseller can access his account via normal internet browser. Each Agent can check his rates, Reservations, Invoices, Payments, Confirmation Details for each Reservation, Arrival/Departure Reports for his guests, Land and product Information with multiple languages and even check availability and book online.
Each agent can access his account and view full account statement along with their invoices and payments. Moreover, Travel Agents Web Interface provides the ability to search available hotels by date and compare prices of different hotels in different destinations through a very professional, fast, accurate yet easy to use search engine.
Travel Agents web interface provides its users with the last hotels contract updates and recent offers every time he logs into the portal. On the other side, Travel Control Main Module keeps track of each agent using the portal and provides Back office users with usage statistics about who is using the portal and when.
